What kind of projects do you take on? +

Custom homes from the ground up, spec builds for investors and developers, full home remodels, additions, and interior or exterior upgrades. We work projects from small renovations to multi-million-dollar custom builds. If you're not sure whether your project is a fit, ask - we'll tell you straight.

Where do you build? +

Primarily southwest Utah - roughly a 90-minute radius from our home base. We'll consider projects outside that range when scope, schedule, and access make sense. Tell us where the site is and we'll be upfront about whether we're the right fit.

How long does a custom home take? +

Depends entirely on the size, site, finishes, and how decisions get made along the way. As a rough benchmark, most of our custom builds run 10 – 16 months from groundbreaking to walkthrough. Pre-construction (design refinement, permits, contracts) typically adds another 2 – 4 months on the front end.

Do you work from my architect's plans? +

Yes - and we're happy to. If you don't have an architect, we can recommend designers we trust and have built with before. Many of our owners come in with rough sketches or a clear vision, and we help shape the rest from there.

What's the minimum project size? +

No hard minimum. We take small projects - a bathroom, a bumped-out kitchen, a finished basement - when they fit our schedule. If we can't take it ourselves we'll usually point you toward someone who can.

How do you handle pricing & change orders? +

Detailed up-front estimates with clear scope. Allowances are tracked transparently, and change orders are documented, priced, and signed before work proceeds. No vanishing-act updates and no surprises at closing.

Are you licensed and insured? +

Yes. Licensed general contractor in Utah, fully insured (liability and workers’ comp), and bonded as required by project. Happy to share certificates on request.

Can I tour a finished home? +

Sometimes - depends on whether the owners are comfortable hosting and where they are in their lives. If you're seriously considering a build with us, ask and we'll see what we can arrange.
